with Suse Weber

On 22 April, artist Suse Weber is invited to display the bar within the bar.

A special guest of the evening will be her traveling marionette “Rhetorica”, which will be activated that night through contributions by following guests: Eberhard Havekost, Fiona Mackay, Philip Metten, Marit Neeb, Kathrin Sonntag, Marcus Steinweg, Leila Tschopp and Anna Weichsel. Having no face nor attribute, “Rhetorica” is the core of the project, standing there as an emblem as well as an empty shell.

As special drink for the night, the “W” is on the list. The nature of the drink will not be disclosed – it was developed in response to long nights spent in Berlin.

Für den 22. April wurde die Künstlerin Suse Weber eingeladen, die Bar in der Bar zu bespielen.

Hauptgast des Abends ist “Rhetorica”, eine Reisemarionette der Künstlerin. Sie wird mit Gastbeiträgen von Eberhard Havekost, Fiona Mackay, Philip Metten, Marit Neeb, Kathrin Sonntag, Marcus Steinweg, Leila Tschopp und Anna Weichsel aktiviert. Ohne Gesicht oder besondere Merkmale steht sie im Mittelpunkt einer Aktion und bietet sich sowohl als Emblem als auch als leere Hülle an.

Als Getränk des Abends steht das W auf der Liste. Die Art der Flüssigkeit wird nicht verraten. Es wurde entwickelt basierend auf Erfahrungen langer Nächte in Berlin.
